What can we help Western Australian veterans with?
Everything is handled here. Most clients have more than one entitlement across DVA, CSC, TPD and ADF abuse, so there is no need to hop between pages to understand your options.
VETERANS & DEFENCE
DVA Claims
Since 1 July 2026, new DVA claims are decided under a single improved MRCA. Initial liability, permanent impairment, incapacity payments and appeals through VRB reviews.
MILITARY SUPERANNUATION
CSC Claims
Military superannuation invalidity classification for DFRDB, MSBS and ADF Cover, medical discharge entitlements, pension arrears and lifetime pension claims.
SUPER & INSURANCE
TPD Claims
If illness or injury has affected your capacity to work, the total and permanent disability cover inside your civilian or industry super fund may hold a benefit you can access.
AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE FORCE
Abuse Claims
Physical, psychological or sexual abuse during ADF service. Western Australia has removed the time limits that once blocked historical child abuse claims. We help you access your rights, safely and privately.
LOCAL KNOWLEDGE
On the ground in Western Australia
Western Australia has a major defence presence and a large ex-service community. HMAS Stirling on Garden Island near Rockingham is the Navy’s largest base and home to a significant part of the fleet, including the submarine force, and will be central to future nuclear-powered submarine basing. Campbell Barracks at Swanbourne is home to the Special Air Service Regiment, RAAF Base Pearce north of Perth is one of the country’s busiest pilot training bases, and Irwin Barracks at Karrakatta anchors the Army’s Perth presence. Thousands of members transition to civilian life across WA each year, and many carry service-related conditions that are never claimed, or are lodged and rejected on evidence that was never properly built.
Statewide, online by design. DVA and the superannuation funds now process almost everything by phone and online, so where you live no longer decides who runs your claim. You deal with the same expert team the whole way through, from Perth and Fremantle to Rockingham, Mandurah, Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and right across regional WA.
STATE ENTITLEMENTS
Western Australian Gold Card concessions
A Veteran Gold Card can open up more than DVA-funded treatment. Western Australia offers one of the country’s most generous transport concessions through the Veterans SmartRider, free travel on Transperth for eligible holders, along with vehicle licence and stamp duty relief, council rate rebates and Emergency Services Levy relief, administered by the WA Government, Transperth and Driver and Vehicle Services and separate from your DVA entitlements. Many of the highest value concessions are tied to a TPI or EDA assessment rather than the card alone.
LAW CHANGE · 1 JULY 2026
The 2026 DVA law change and your claim

GOT QUESTIONS? GOOD.
The honest answers, upfront
Do I need to be in Western Australia?
No. We work with clients right across the state and Australia, and we are online by design. Meetings, documents and updates are handled securely online to fit around your life, so where you live in Western Australia does not decide who runs your claim.
Which Act will my claim be assessed under?
Any new compensation or rehabilitation claim lodged from 1 July 2026 is decided under the single improved MRCA. Claims you lodged before that date continue under the Act that applied when you lodged them.
My claim was already rejected. Can you help?
A rejection is not the end of the road. It is a common part of the process. DVA decisions can be reviewed and appealed through VRB reviews, and we regularly act on matters that were previously knocked back.
