CSC Claims
CSC claims,
you don’t have to face alone.
If a service-related injury, illness or condition affects your ability to work, you may be entitled to benefits through CSC superannuation: including invalidity payments, income protection and back pay. KSC Law gives current and former ADF members clear advice and compassionate support at every step. No win, no fee.
CSC Invalidity Pension Estimator
Estimate your CSC invalidity pension across DFRDB, MSBS and ADF Cover. See how your pension interacts with DVA incapacity payments.
MSBS estimate assumes a compulsory retiring age of 60 and uses Final Average Salary. Your actual pension depends on your specific retiring age for rank, part-year service, and any surcharge adjustment. Speak with our team for a precise figure.
Estimates only. Results use published DVA rates and actuarial tables and do not constitute legal, financial or medical advice. Book a free consultation for a personalised assessment.
Who can claim
You may be eligible if a service condition affects your ability to work.
CSC manages superannuation for ADF personnel and the Australian Public Service, including MilitarySuper (MSBS), ADF Super and DFRDB. A claim arises when a current or former member develops a condition that affects their capacity to work, and no two service histories, or medical journeys, are the same.
Current & former ADF members
Full-time, part-time, Regular or Reserve, across Navy, Army and Air Force. CSC-linked cover sits within Military Super (MSBS), ADF Super and DFRDB.
Physical or psychological conditions
Service-related injuries, chronic illness or pain, and psychological injuries such as PTSD, depression or anxiety, including conditions that worsen over time.
Incorrect or missed medical discharge
If you should have been medically discharged but weren’t classified that way, or your current classification no longer reflects your condition, reclassification may be possible.

Outstanding service from KSC Law. Their expertise and dedication helped secure a decision that was backdated to 2019, resulting in a class A pension being awarded with substantial back pay. The team was professional, supportive, and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend KSC Law to anyone needing assistance with CSC or veteran compensation matters.
